The blue quartz range from pale translucent aqua to deeper blue-gray, with natural-looking cloudy areas, streaks, and subtle variations that give each gemstone an individual appearance. Several have attractive marbling or banding. The white agate are opaque to slightly translucent ivory-white, providing a clean contrast to the blues.
Gold accents: Small faceted antique gold plate spacer beads are placed throughout the design. Several of the blue quartz are framed with more substantial gold plated bead caps giving the gemstones extra prominence.
